Sorry Mr. President, Clean out your desk. you’re fired!
The Constitution of the United States sets forth five requirements of the Government; Establish justice, Insure domestic tranquility, Provide for the common defense, Promote the general welfare, and Secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity. Strike one, Mr. President; you have failed to provide any of these. Your oath of office makes these requirements mandatory. You don’t have a choice! Article One, Section 7 states, among other governmental rights and requirements, that the power to declare war and manage an armed conflict is specifically reserved for the Congress of the United States. Again you have violated your oath of office. There is no constitutional provision for an "Imperial President". You may not declare war on your own. The Executive order you issued on September 14, 2001 is not constitutionally permissible. This is the responsibility of Congress. While the President is considered the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, you are Commander in Chief in title only. Even if you were to invoke your rights under the War Powers Act, you are limited to 90 days and must then formally request an Act of War from Congress. The problem here is that the United States cannot go to war against an entity that is not a country. The Constitution does not permit it. The proper response to the attack on September 11, 2001 would have been to turn the entire operation over to the FBI and the CIA. This was a criminal act, not an act of war on the United States. Strike two Mr. President. The people who live here own the Government of the United States. As such, we are your bosses and we have the power to fire you. It’s called Impeachment! Article Two, Section 4 states; The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States shall be removed from office on impeachment for and conviction of treason, bribery, or other crimes and miss-demeanors. The Federal Government, under your control, has failed completely in its basic mission; protect its citizens from harm. The Federal Government's response to Katrina, a Class 5 Hurricane, in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama was appalling. Thousands died because you waited to respond instead of immediately sending in FEMA and the National Guard. When our Government did respond, it was mediocre at best and racist at its worst. The blood of those who perished because of your incompetence is on your hands! Strike Three Mr. President. You’re Out!
